Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret, PhD in Educational Psychology, PhD in Education Studies. She has been teaching various courses on languages, psychology and education at the position of Professor at the departments of different universities of Europe for more than ten years. Prof. Dr. I. Sekret has extended administrative and organisational experience working in various educational establishments of higher education. Being an active participant and a designer of the international research and educational projects she is in charge for the development of IATELS, International Association for Technology, Education and Language Studies. She is a member of a number of academic committees for organising conferences, reviewing boards of journals and conference proceedings. At present she is the Chair of the Board of StartinForum International Consulting Company (Turkey) for managing international educational and research projects. Prof. Dr. I.Sekret is the author of more than 100 publications. Her research interests are in the areas of e-learning, educational technologies, contrastive linguistics, methods of teaching foreign languages, social media in learning, translation studies.

Piet Kommers is a pioneer in media education and a leader of NATO Advanced Research Workshops on Cognitive Learning Tools. He is UNESCO professor and a scientific leader with extensive experience in educational technology and social media. Piet Kommers is a Ph.D. holder in Educational and Media Design, with a Master Degree in Pedagogy and a Bachelor Degree in Teacher Education. He received a prestigious academic award for innovation ‘Experimental Design’ and was offered a research position in the collaborative group for problem solving wherein he designed the ‘Concise Urban Planning Task’. He owns a long-term experience at management level coupled with a strategic appreciation and vision. Piet has a strong work ethic with a high level of personal integrity, able to create trust in teams.

Dr. Amin Davoodi is assistant professor of bilingual/ESL education at the University of Texas Permian Basin. He received his PhD in ESL, technology, and teacher education from Texas A&M University in 2021. He has two decades of teaching experience in different parts of the world and has delivered keynote speeches and teacher training courses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Armenia, Iran, Turkey, Thailand, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Egypt. His research interests are tech-driven equity for language learners, AI-assisted language learning, robot-assisted language learning, bilingual education, and socio-politics of language education. He has recently published and presented extensively on the use of AI in language teaching.

Prof. Dr. İlknur İstifçi holds both MA and Ph.D. degrees in English Language Teaching. She is currently working as Professor at the School of Foreign Languages and teaching graduate and undergraduate courses at Anadolu, Osmangazi and Erciyes Universities. Her research interests include teacher training, discourse analysis, speech acts, cross-cultural studies, teaching language skills, distance education and using ICTs in ELT.

Dr. Viktoriia Shabunina graduated from the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv in 1992 and received qualifications of a philologist, teacher of English and French, English translator. In 1997, she graduated from the Faculty of Law specializing in Jurisprudence. In 2009, she defended the thesis on the topic “The Evolution of Western European Private Law (Historical and Legal Aspect)” and in 2010 she got the degree of PhD in Law. In 2003-2005, Viktoriia worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, at the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to Sweden. Since 1996 up to the present, she has been working at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as the Head of the Department. She is a member of the editorial boards of the conference proceedings and an organizing committee member of a number of conferences in Ukraine.
Her professional interests include teaching General English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Linguistics and Law, Translation.

Christopher Sanders draws on over 25 years of experience in technology and language education. With a foundation in computer information systems and corporate training, he transitioned to ESL/EFL in 2004, working first in South Korea before moving to Turkey in 2013. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Assessments at MEF University's School of Foreign Languages in Istanbul and a teacher-trainer for international publishing companies, Chris specializes in the responsible integration of EdTech and AI into language education. He is completing his second master’s degree, Professional Development in Language Education with NILE/University of Chichester, further strengthening the bridge between technology and language instruction.

Dr. Lorena Robo (Albania) is an experienced PHD holder, with a demonstrated history of working in the e-learning industry. She is skilled in English as a Second Language (ESL), Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Teacher Training. Dr. Lorena has a strong research professional background with a degree of Doctor of Philosophy focusing on Linguistics (University of Tirana).
