International Conference on Language Studies, Translation and Education (LASTE) was initiated by IATELS Board in February 2018.
Following the decision of the IATELS Board, leading academicians and organisations of IATELS the very first conference of LASTE was organised in 2018 in Istanbul, Turkey.
LASTE 2018 was followed by II Conference LASTE 2019, which moved to Izmir of Turkey.
As LASTE is aimed to embrace large international community of academicians and language experts, we work to hold the conference in different countries and continents to give more opportunities for local academic circles and broader academia to come together and explore language phenomena.
