All those who are interested in in-person participation in the conference, combining their visit to Türkiye, Bursa, with in-person conference sessions and online interaction with the conference participants from other countries, can make their plans accordingly.
Venue and Programs for In-Person Participation
The main venue of the in-person conference sessions are going to be held in the halls of Workinton Bursa, located in the very centre of the city, on the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Boulevard, one of the most vivid areas of Bursa.
The central location of the area will allow the visitors to explore the city historical centre, modern shopping centres and restaurants, recreation areas and educational establishments.
During their personal visit, our participants will be able to combine face-to-face meetings with online sessions attended by the academicians located in distant countries, explore Bursa and Türkiye, discover local sightseeings, visit schools and colleges for more insights about education in the country and namely the programs and approaches in language learning.
For the in-person participation, the following program can be suggested:
- In-person sessions and discussions in the venue of Workinton, Bursa;
- Coffee breaks during the planned in-person sessions;
- Participation in online conference sessions;
- Visiting Akademik Koleji (Bursa);
- Meeting with the management of Akademik Koleji, teachers and students for sharing experiences, exploring language teaching practices and approaches;
- Round table discussion for collaboration perspectives and partnerships;
- Access to all conference materials online and PDF format;
- Participation in the publication plans (2 full papers can be submitted for reviewing and publishing in the book of the conference proceedings and as chapters in Springer monographs).
The conference dinner and city tour can be organised based on the participants’ preferences.

D&T Program
All in-person attendees are invited to join D&T Program (Dinner and Tour Program) which includes conference dinner in the restaurant in the city centre and a city tour round the historical part of Bursa.
The participation in the conference dinner and city tour is optional and costs 160 Euro including dinner and tour expenses.
The program is going to be launched if at least ten participants are going to join and register in advance.
A discount of 10% can be offered to the group applications.
