The delegates can participate in the conference personally as oral or workshop presenters, or as virtual participants.
The abstracts submitted for oral presentations and workshops will be evaluated by the scientific committee and in case of the positive feedback they will be included in the Program of the Conference and published in the Book of Abstracts.
Virtual participants can submit their abstracts for the evaluation. The scientific committee will review the submissions for including them into the Program of the Conference and publishing in the Book of Abstracts.
Virtual participants can present their studies online during the conference days or choose the option of publishing their materials without online presentation.
Oral presenters and virtual participants can submit their full papers for reviewing to be published in one of the conference journals or in the thematic monograph of the selected papers.
Oral and virtual presenters can submit up to two abstracts and papers to be included in the program of the conference.
Delegates can participate as attendees without presenting their studies. In this case they have access to all sessions of the conference as listeners and join all other conference activities.
For Businesses and Agencies
Companies, institutions and other organisational establishments are invited to present their businesses and products during the time of the conference in the business exhibition hall.
They should submit their proposals in advance to book the place.
